Originally designed to treat Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) by Dr. Marsha Linehan. DBT is used effectively for many mental health issues including; self-harming, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, substance dependence, ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Discover thought patterns, stop maladaptive behaviors, learn new coping skills, and create your life worth living goals. DBT is an effective treatment for symptoms such as; paralyzing perfectionism, procrastination, hopelessness, excessive rumination, emotion dysregulation, and high conflict in relationships.

Adult DBT Skills Groups

We offer a 10-week Adult DBT Skills Group. Participants learn Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness skills as written by Dr. Marsha Linehan. This course is for any adult hoping to manage intense emotions. Learn to regulate impulses, improve communication, clarify sense of self and goals.

DBT Skills Groups for Adolescents & Families

Parenting an emotionally sensitive and chronically dysregulated teen is challenging. Using a family systems approach; teens and their parents will learn Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness skills. These DBT Skills can support the family in creating a rewarding home life.
